Shipping within India

Every artwork is carefully packaged and securely delivered within India. Shipping charges are calculated separately and communicated at checkout before order confirmation. Timelines are shown on each artwork page: ready-to-ship works are dispatched within 3–5 working days; made-to-order works within the stated production window.

Large works are delivered by specialist art handlers. We contact you before dispatch to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Packaging

Artworks travel in a rigid box with corner guards and an acid-free sleeve, and are presented in the Bunt Elegance unboxing sequence: box, black tissue, artwork sleeve, art care card, Certificate of Authenticity, collector card and a thank-you card.

International delivery

We ship worldwide on request. International shipments are quoted individually based on size, destination and insurance. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise.

Returns & Refunds

Returns & exchanges are not accepted. In the event of transit damage, please contact us with photos of the damaged artwork. Refunds may be issued upon verification of the damage.

Transit damage

In the rare event of damage in transit, please photograph the packaging and artwork and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds may be issued upon verification of the damage.
